My journey into sales began in 1996 in Pretoria, South Africa. Working in retail, I quickly discovered a natural ability—and genuine passion—for connecting with people. Those early days on the sales floor taught me the fundamentals of the profession: building relationships, understanding what customers truly needed, and communicating in a way that created trust and value.

From retail, my journey naturally progressed into the world of B2C financial services. This environment introduced me to a more structured approach to selling, where trust, credibility, and careful guidance became essential. It was here that I learned the importance of truly understanding a client’s circumstances, building lasting relationships, and helping people make decisions that would impact their financial futures.
